An ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene, Jim has 40+ years of pastoral experience and roles in various sized churches. Jim brings a pastor's heart to everything he does. He is passionate about working with people who are seeking a relationship with God, no matter where they are in their particular journey, including those in recovery from life's hurts, habits, and hang-ups. He is a dedicated teacher of God's Word to all those whose desire is to learn and grow into a deeper, richer relationship with God.
As a Pastor and trained Spiritual Director, Debbie is passionate about journeying with people as they deepen their relationship with Jesus.
Her ministry includes a broad spectrum of experience, including preaching, teaching, coaching, and leading retreats.
Ordained as Elder in the Church of the Nazarene, she and Jim have pastored the Lighthouse Church since 2019.
